The problem
Someone considering a home purchase needs to understand the offer, whether it fits their situation and what happens after they enquire. A beautiful page alone does not answer those questions. The message and the handoff need to work as one journey.
My contribution
I worked across research, the brand and marketing materials, landing-page implementation, lead qualification and sales-operations assets for this Kerala home-buying assistance business. The portfolio shows the customer-facing work, not private acquisition mechanics or customer information.
What I built
01 / Explain the proposition
The landing page describes the service in plain language, presents the areas and process, and gives the visitor a direct callback action instead of making them understand an internal sales system.
02 / Capture useful context
The enquiry flow structures location, budget and preferred contact time so a follow-up can start with the visitor's situation. Campaign context can accompany the enquiry.
03 / Hand off to a conversation
The frontend prepares a WhatsApp compose link. Opening that link is a handoff, not evidence that a visitor sent it or that a CRM accepted the lead.
Decisions + tradeoffs
Use the simplest suitable stack
The customer-facing pages use HTML, CSS and JavaScript. There is no reason to call this a complex SaaS product when a lightweight frontend can communicate the proposition and support the journey.
Separate assistance from guarantees
Eligibility and financing depend on circumstances outside a website. The case avoids claiming guaranteed loans, discounts or completed purchases.
Connect message and implementation
Research, Malayalam marketing content, brand work and the landing page were parts of the same business task. That connection is where my marketing and building experience meet.
Checks + limitations
The portfolio review inspected the frontend and an existing page capture. It did not send an enquiry, test customer contact or verify a live CRM. The financing calculator provides indicative assumptions, not financial advice or loan approval. A fuller release should confirm actual delivery before showing a submitted-success state.
What it delivered
A customer-facing marketing surface and structured enquiry path, supported by research and creative execution. It connects the offer, the visitor's situation and a clear next step into one journey. Conversion and delivery measurement would be the next layer to add.
- A plain-language home-buying proposition
- Landing and callback-page implementation
- Structured WhatsApp enquiry handoff
